The images below are from Petra, a photographer with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep. It is an volunteer organization that provides photography sessions for high risk infants and stillborns. They provide such an amazing service to families like ours to have incredible images of one of the greatest days of our lives.

Maya is such a blessing. Each of the babies and families I serve hold a special place in my heart and Maya is certainly no exception! Thank you so much for allowing me to share in your most personal and private moments at the hospital and again at your home. I feel honored and privileged to capture her growth. She is a miracle in so many ways. NILMDTS has a saying of sorts, it says ‘No foot is too small to leave an imprint on this world’ Well Miss Maya has certainly left an imprint on me and I have no doubt that she does and will leave a huge imprint whoever she may meet. So again, thank you Mom and Dad for letting your sweet daughter leave such an imprint on my heart. <3
She’s just beautiful, as always! :) If you ever have an extra printed photo of Maya, I’d love to have it. I pray for her everyday and would love to put her up on my bulletin board.
